I’ve been a personal trainer for over 20 years. And I’m busy too!
I run my own business while juggling kids, family life and everything else that comes with it.
I don’t exercise to look a certain way. I exercise because I want to be as strong and capable as possible for as long as possible.
My goal? To still be causing chaos in the care home when I’m 100 and able to wipe my own bum!!
